Drawn from a continually updated register, all prospective Tenants are thoroughly referenced and credit checked. In some cases we will also require a guarantor.

We have three different service levels, from a tenant find only up to our fully managed lettings service. Many agents only have two; this allows us to provide you with a more bespoke service to your requirements.

COST:

  • 10% of rent
  • No Setup Fee for Landlords
  • Free Inventory for Landlords
  • No End of Tenancy Fee 

 

Self Managed Service - LET-ONLY

  • Advertising

  • Referencing of prospective tenants
  • Inventory & condition record
  • Utility switch over
  • Prepare all tenancy agreements and documents
  • Register damage deposit
  • You then would take over the management of the tenancy
  • Notice processing
  • Final inspection & deposit dispute handling
  • Re-letting process

COST:

  • Minimum charge of £400.00 (Including VAT) payable for each letting to a tenant introduced by The Lettings Shop Peterborough.

 

Tenant Find Only Service

  • Advertising
  • Viewings
  • Referencing of prospective tenants
  • We then would hand everything across to yourself to carry on.

COST:

  • £250.00 (Including VAT) payable for each letting where the Tenant is introduced by The Lettings Shop Peterborough.

 

Price Match

We offer a price match solution, if you find like for like service at a lower price elsewhere we will match it.
